Divorce and other family law situations can be painful, even traumatic. However, with the right professional in your employ, the process can be a little easier. An experienced, caring advocate or mediator can take you through the process of resolving your domestic relations disputes. If serving as your counsel, I will make every attempt to resolve matters by negotiation and agreement. If such is not possible, I will aggressively, yet professionally, represent you in litigation. If serving as your mediator, I will attempt to help you and your opponent reach a resolution of your disputes outside the court process.
